What happens if I don't report TRA?
MinCIT can suspend your RNT and apply financial sanctions. Without RNT you can't legally operate as a tourist accommodation.
Does Digitra replace my accountant?
No. Digitra reports guests to tourism and migration authorities. Your accountant continues to handle accounting and taxes. They are different things.
Does it work if I only use Airbnb?
Yes. Digitra connects to Airbnb directly. Booking, Octorate and Cloudbeds are optional depending on your operation.
What about my guest data?
It is processed exclusively for the legal report to the authorities. We comply with Law 1581 of 2012 (personal data protection). Full privacy policy available.
How does the process work if a minor arrives?
The system automatically detects the minor in the check-in flow. If the accompanying adult does not appear as parent, a unique URL is generated for the parents to digitally sign the authorization. The document is archived.
How long does activation take?
30 minutes on average. We accompany you in an onboarding call if you need it.
Can I add properties later?
Yes. The calculator recalculates automatically when you add properties. They are billed pro-rated to the current annual cycle.
What happens if I cancel?
No lock-in. You cancel and we stop reporting. We hand over the historical compliance files.
